館規(學員守則)
1. 穿著道袍時,不論年齡長幼,低級者均得尊重高級者。
2. 無論在任何地方,跆拳道練習者需表現出其具良好品德。
3. 和別人說話時:尊重耹聽,注視對方,不可打斷別人的說話;多人發言時,先讓別人發言。發言時,注意態度及用詞。
4. 在道場練習中
i. 出入須向國旗/校旗/館旗鞠躬
ii. 進入道場或離開道場都須向道場鞠躬
iii. 進入道場,先向館長/副館長鞠躬,再向級別較高者鞠躬。
iv. 遲到者須先到最前向教練鞠躬,再向帶領熱身的學員,然後向較高級者鞠躬,最後請沿旁邊到最隊尾排隊及進行練習。
v. 接受證書或獎狀時,應向頒獎人鞠躬,色帶同學以雙手接受和鞠躬,黑帶同學將左手背置放右手肘接受和鞠躬。
vi. 不論在道場內外,不論年齡長幼,對教練說話必須恭敬。
vii. 前輩可以以重語氣對下級說話,但不可侮辱下級。
viii. 教練及黑帶師兄/師姐均有權力。處罰犯事的下級,但處罰必須合理。
ix. 對前輩說話前,不可直呼其名,須先尊稱「教練」、「師兄」、「師姐」,然後才可以開始說話。
x. 道場內,所有任何決定都均以道場教練為依歸(館長及副館長除外)。
5. 在任何道場中,學員須服從上級合理的教導及儘量避免使用手提電話。
6. 對其他跆拳道會抱友好及學習態度。
7. 學習時抱謙卑、認真、勤力及友愛的態度。
8. 跆拳道是一種運動,不得在任何地方恃技凌人或生事
9. 跆拳道亦是一種自衛之武術,切勿輕率錯用,因激動而出手乃不可以寬恕,但遭受攻擊時,雖可用跆拳道自衛,但亦須節制並不可懷惡意。
10. 學員得勤學守禮,如因病或因事請假,須於上課前通知教練,否則作曠課論。
11. 第三次曠課之學員將可能會被取消學員資格。
12. 學員得愛護公物,上課後把用具或其他物品放回原處。
13. 學員不得同時在其他跆拳道會參加訓練,但本館鼓勵學員前往本館其他道場練習。
14. 學員如需到其它道場訓練補課,必須事前得其教練批准及所到道場教練批准。
15. 學員不應穿戴任何手飾,頸鍊及耳環,避免發生意外。
16. 學員穿著道袍時,不得倚著椅子,必須要盤膝而坐。
17. 學員在訓練及比賽期間,須絕對服從教練指導,若屢勸不改,一律格除會藉。
18. 學員請儘量避免與異性有身體上接觸,減少不必要的誤會。
Code of Regulations Archive trainees
1. While in your uniform, please respect your senior member regardless of age.
2. Regardless of location, TaeKwonDo practitioners should respect others.
3. During conversation : concentrate to listen from the person with eye contact and never interrupt while the other is still talking ; During a multi-persons discussion, let the other person speak first and while speaking, mind your attitude and choose your wording carefully.
4. During Dojang Exercise
i. Bow to the national/School flag when entering and leaving the Dojang.
ii. Bow when entering and leaving the Dojang.
iii. Bow to the Chief Instructor and other senior members based on their rank when entering or leaving the dojang.
iv.Latecomer should bow to the instructor first. Secondly, bow to the member leading the warmup and then bow to the senior members. Lastly, walk from the side to the end to line up and start the warm up exercise.
v. When accepting a certificate or certificate of merit, colour belt students should bow and accept with both hands. Black belt students should bow and accept with his/her right hand while his/her left hand holding the right elbow.
vi. Both inside and outside of dojang and regardless of age, students should respect the instructors.
vii. Senior members can speak in a serious tone to the junior members but they shouldn’t insult the junior members.
viii. Instructors and senior members have the authority to punish the junior offenders but the punishment should be reasonable.
ix. Before speaking to a senior member, he/she should be addressed as Coach, Sir or Madam. Senior members shouldn’t be addressed by their first name as it is a sign of disrespectful.
x. Inside the dojang, all decision are based upon the instructor. (Except for president or vice-president.)
5. In any dojang, the students should obey the reasonable commands by their senior members and avoid using the mobile phone.
6. Be friendly and have a learner’s attitude towards other TaeKwondo School or practitioner.
7. Be humble, serious, hard-working and friendly while learning.
8. TaeKwonDo is a sport, it shouldn’t be use in bullying or causing any trouble.
9. TaeKwonDo is also a self-defense martial art, It shouldn’t be used due to anger or provoking by others. It should only be used in control to defend yourself.
10.In case of absence, inform your instructor before class starts or it’ll be treated as absenteeism.
11. Third absenteeism may lead to termination of student membership.
12. Students should be caring for the public properties and return the equipment or items to the original position.
13. Students should NOT participate in other TaeKwonDo school or association but we encourage our students to train in our dojang at different location.
14. To make up a lesson at different Shing Wu dojang, student must obtain prior approval from his/her original instructor and the approval from the instructor of the selected dojang.
15. Students should not wear any jewelry, necklace and earrings, to avoid accidents.
16. Student in robe shall not lean against any chair and he/she shall sit with one’s legs across.
17. During training and competition, student should obey the guidance of his/her instructor/coach. Fail to do so might result in termination of his/her student membership.
18. Students with the opposite sex are advised to avoid physical contact, to reduce unnecessary misunderstandings.
